Job Description

HiLevel Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting professional CDL A Team Drivers for long-haul over-the-road routes across the United States. Drivers will operate modern automatic trucks and support national freight operations with consistent miles and competitive compensation.

This opportunity offers flexible compensation options, performance bonuses, and the ability to work with a reliable dispatch team providing 24/7 support.

Compensation Options

Option 1 – Guaranteed Flat Rate

• $2,000 per team for 6,000 miles or less per week

Option 2 – Pay Per Mile

• $0.80 per mile per team

Estimated weekly earnings:

• 6,000 miles = $2,400
• 6,500 miles = $2,600
• 7,000 miles = $2,800

Bonuses

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Road Bonus:
• $2,200 after 6 consecutive weeks
• $2,300 after 10 consecutive weeks

• Clean DOT Inspection Bonus:
• $100
• $300
• $500

• Referral Bonus:
• $500 per team after 30 days of work

Work Schedule

• 4 weeks on the road / 5 days home
• Routes across 48 U.S. states

Drivers operate modern automatic Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with:

• Inverter
• Refrigerator

• Bypass systems

Orientation

Drivers outside Florida may travel to Orlando for:

• 90-degree reverse parking test
• Driver orientation
• Truck pickup

The company reimburses 50% of travel expenses once employment begins.
